Trying to set up a computer for my son and, argh, why is Windows so hard to use? Linux is so much easier.

I agree. My kids first computer is going to be a Linux or macOS (most probably Pop_OS! or Elementary). Last time I used Windows, it was XP. I’ve helped friends a couple of times with their computer though, but nothing has really changed: it’s just a mess.

@Ivan Enderlin 🦀 Would have wanted to have my son on Linux, but there are games that he wants to play that are Windows-only. :(
